SAMi is a sleep activity monitor for caregivers and individuals who need to watch for abnormal movements at night. During sleep, audio-video information from a remote infrared video camera is sent to an app running on an iOS device such as an iPhone or iPod Touch. The SAMi app records and analyzes the video for unusual activity. When an unusual event is detected, an alarm is sounded, followed by live sound and video from the SAMi network camera. A parent/caregiver can then take any necessary action.
The Emfit MM is clinically proven technology for monitoring an individual who, during sleep, may experience faster, abnormal muscle jerking that continues 10 seconds or longer. A quick, high-frequency alert allows a caregiver or family member ample time to respond. Easy to install, and no false alarms that can lead to user fatigue.

When people who have Epilepsy wear Embrace, they will get an alert when an unusual event happens, like a convulsive seizure. It will go via their smartphone to parents, roommates or caregivers, so somebody can check on them. Additionally, one of these caregivers can wear a 'companion' Embrace too. When the two Embraces are within range (e.g. in nearby rooms), the 'companion' Embrace worn by the caregivers will vibrate to alert them.
